Hi guys and gals. Has anyone had any experience brewing with BRY-97 yeast, above the recommended temp range?

The range advised is 15-22°C but mine is been between 23 and 25°C from the start. I think it's reached the FG I was after so that at least isn't an issue.

I'm just wandering if it'll be ok or if there will be some off flavours and what to look out for?

Cheers! 🍻

No direct experience but since BRY-97 is a member of the Chico family I'd expect it to be fairly similar to US-05, WLP001, 1056 etc So it won't suddenly go disgusting if you're the odd degree above the recommended temperature, but you can expect more esters - "bubblegum" flavours etc.
