HI all ,a quick question on bottle priming my wheat beer for best results ,sugar, spraymalt, carbonation drops? replys much appreciated, hoping pittsy replys, the daddy of wheat beers :thumb:

hi mate , if i was you i'd use 150g of light spray malt for a 23l batch if not then around 120g of sugar for bottling, just done a wheat beer today with 70g of fresh orange peel also a paulaner clone in the week plus a belgian wit beer and a belgian blond ale ,waiting is the hardest part , after leaving your bottles in the warmth for around 10 days then cold store for a least 4 weeks then try 1 but prob need around 6 weeks and let us know what you think
