Planning to try brewing a Belgian beer. I have some dark candy and a selection of malts and malt extracts, but I only have Perle and tetnang hops. Would they go with a darker Belgian, can't see any recipes that include these hops.

Belgian beers arent traditionally big on hops, often only have a bittering addition. Perle would be good. And if you want some aroma I think Tettnang would be very suitable, a good noble hop.

I don't really do Belgian ales, but probably. It's a noble hop, not in your face, I think it would be good - maybe last 15 mins of the boil.
