Brotherhood of Brew on Amazon Prime TV

I came across an ad for this the other day. The pilot is up now (I watched it on Tuesday night) with the rest of the series available from 1 August.

Basically the main guy travels across America, does some outdoor pursuits then does a brewery tour and samples some beer. A bit like Olly Smith’s Ale Trails if it was presented by Bear Grylls.

I enjoyed the first episode (Bend Oregon, fishing, snowmobiles and beer, and he gets a tattoo to remind him of his home town and his daughter) but couldn’t help feeling it was about 10 minutes too long. I look forward to the rest of the series though.

What are you trying to watch it through (tablet, fire stick etc)?

I thought it was overlong but showed promise as a pilot.

But then I’m quite interested in tattoos (which I’m assuming most HBers won’t be) and quite like seeing things like the snowmobiles segment.

Yup got it on my phone. I agree with you @MickDundee it's 10 mins if not more too long. Considering it took 2 mins + for the title credits!

I enjoyed it though would watch again if it gets more episodes

Just watched it on prime on a fire stick. Quite enjoyed it, will be looking out for the series.
