So if Bangladesh is saying that the lass isn't a Bangladeshi (and they can change their laws just as quick as we can change ours) then the lass has a right to return to the UK ...

... just like Mr. Corbyn says!

Has that case been to court yet? The article mentions a date of Nov 2018 but I can't find anything more recent?
