I keep mine in the (external) cloakroom which is fine for most of the year but will be warming up soon (with any luck). So the 200+ bottles will still be stored there, because I have nowhere else, but will come into the fridge for serving. I do like them far too cold. Real draught beer is fine for me at 12C.
 
I'll be leaving my beer out on the counter about 20-30 mins to allow it to warm up a bit and then comparing it to one right out of the fridge. I have an oatmeal stout or an IPA to try this with. Which would you think likely more popping with noticeable flavor? I'm guessing the stout as it's malty vs the other showcasing hops.
