Brewzilla - fix to stop the bottom malt pipe screen moving

Ok this had been bugging me for a while, my bottom malt pipe screen would spin when I stirred too vigorously when mashing in.

However I've managed to fix it....

I bought this seal and i tried it, with no joy.

I took a Stanley knife to it and shaved it down and it worked a treat. It seemed to help to wet the pipe before placing the screen in.

Hence the share incase anyone else wants a fix.

Leave nothing to chance. When I pull the malt pipe out I put a 20 kg weight on the grain, then I push down with all my weight to extract another couple of litres of wort. That bottom screen ain't going nowhere.
