Just curious as to how often you get to brew?
If I am home at a weekend then I'll usually brew on a sunday so maybe twice per month I guess.
I was brewing 15L batches but have increased to 19L since getting a couple of corny kegs.

I still don;t seem to have that much beer around though!!! :?

I usually brew about once a month. Although since the summer I have only brewed 4 times but they 50l so my stocks are fairly healthy.

I plan to go back to 23l brews over the winter and try and get some different styles done (a belgian tripel over the holidays is on the cards).

Two or three times a month, but i only do 23l brews and i drink alot :)

I usually do 1 or 2 brews a month of 45 Litres, I have to slow down though now as I have completely run out of space to put any more beer, I have approx 500 pints in store.

Lately once every couple of months, running out of space! Once I get my fermenting fridge built I will get another brew on and empty a keg over Christmas :drink:

I brew usually twice a month, but there's never enough beer in summer time, so in summer months it's even each friday. Everybody in my family loves milds, bitters and hefeweizens, I have hard time to keep cornys full.

Runwell-Steve that is a phenomenal amount of beer!
How much do you get through?? Do you give much away??

With the new boiler, I plan to step down to twice a month 60litres a go. But heres the thing. The bigger the brew length the more of that beer that you have.

I like darker malty beers in the winter and pale hoppy jobs in the summer. If your knocking out 60 litres a go it takes some drinking over the month so a fair bit of planning for space. I bung 30 litres into keg and bottle the rest.

With the smaller boiler the max I could do comfortably was 35 litres at 1 go so was brewing every week, straight into bottles

Crikey - 35L a week into bottles takes some preparation!
You must have spent half your life washing bottles

1 brew of 20-23l a month - largely due to the real chore of bottling (and I really mean, washing, sterilisting, bottling and storage).

Have since got 4 cornies from Norm, so will probably step up production to maybe 2 brews a month.

Slowly building up stocks so I can be able to drink only home brew!

I brew 55l every few months but I want to increase this over theh next few months so all my bottles are filled. Probably got 500 bottles so about four brews over the next few months.

I get through as much us I need to in order to make room for the next brew ;)

Big party on New Years eve should see the supplies diminish somewhat, then we have a really big summer party which I need to build up some serious stocks for, which I will of course be drinking all myself as it would be against the law to give any away

I usualy brew every 3 weeks but I must say I have been brewing once per week and sometimes twice per week from September until early November to get an adiquate suply for the festive season. At the moment I have 23 litres of tweaked Geordie mild: 23 litres of Wherry made just out of the box no aditives: 23 litres of Norfolk Nogg made also just out of the box:

Then a/grain:- 23litres of G/Wheeler Breakspear Bitter: 23 litres G/W Camerons bitter: 23 litres G/W Camerons Strongarm: 23 litres G/W Courage Bitter: 23 litres David Lines Adnams Southwold Bitter ( slightly changed and used target hops in copper and dry hop also with 10 gram target). Just finishing drinking a concoction of my own roughly taste of a weaker courage,.

Merry Christmas

I usually manage an average of 26 five gallon brews a year, one every two weeks.

Hope to do brew 26 between Christmas and new year :thumb: But what will I brew?

Once every 2 weeks keeps me with a constant rolling stock. After xmas when demand goes up always need to do an extra 1 or 2 batches to replenish stocks.
