I'll stabilise , de gass add some Kwik Clear and then likely
Bottle at the weekend matey.

Ok cool cheers was just ordering my oak chips and would not have thought of the Kwik Clear thanks for the info, looking forward to this one :-)

Bottled this up tonight - seemed to take much longer to clear. More of a dark rose than a red.
I like the taste - I can get the oak coming through. 30 bottles of loveliness [emoji847]

It's a lovely drop of vino for sure - had a few glasses this week [emoji106]

I filtered out the 'chips' when I racked off before stopping and de gassing.

Deffo will make this again.

Just divide all the ingredients by 5.5 for 4.5 litres or 5 if 5 litres. [emoji106]

1tsp yeast
1tsp nutrient
1/4 packet of chips if for 25l

That's a rough guide based on what I've done before [emoji106]

Sorry I'm meant grape not apple !
You get the syrup from polish shops, Asda or Lidl sometimes
