In the process of brewing this kit.

Ive used a brew enhancer kit and a tiny bit extra brewing sugar

Just transferred to second fermenation and had a sample and i must admit it tastes really good.

Sort of has a little fruity aftertaste

Il keep you informed when ive bottled etc

I am brewing this also. It's been in secondary fermentation 10 days, I tasted it 3 days ago, seemed ok, not very strong though. I added a little northern brewer hops and maybe should have added quite a bit more.

Wondering how long it took yours to clear.
