This has been in the FV for 6 days now and all activity has stopped. The hydrometer has been at 1004 for the last couple of days but there are some little bits of gunk (looks like coffee grounds) floating on the top. should i wait for these to disappear, skim them out, or just bottle anyway?

only my second brew so any help is greatly appreciated
 
i`ve never bottled anything before 10 days but i suppose if its done its done, im sure one of experts will chime in soon and let you know, what was the starting gravity???
 
it was 1030 sg. i have bottled it now as needed to get it done sharpish as going away shortly. it had completely stopped bubbling, so i guess its a risk i will have to take. the instructions stated that it could be ready within 4 days, so it cant be too disastrous
