Hello Folks
Does anyone have any experience of buying through this site, specifically of pre-ordering kit for import?

I have bought kegs and taps from them, very good delivery service. I have the Robobrew 3.1 on pre-order from them, hopefully arriving next week. Very excited

Just ordered the V3 myself. Already have a keg and bits from them and can't fault the customer service or prompt delivery. Even had a faulty regulator which was replaced very quickly

Only bought taps, pipes and regulator from them, but very helpful and friendly team, who packed well and sent fast. Not pre ordered from them, but seem honest!

I'm close to biting too. Definitely going to be getting the Fermzilla. I really wish we had a Kegland equivalent. Those guys are putting out incredible and useful equipment.

I bought my Robo used from Johnny about a year ago; he used it twice for a demo vids before becoming the UK vendor I think. I broke the malt pipe upper tube and asked to buy a replacement. He was having none of it, instead he sent me the pipe and some other bits completely free of charge. Great guy!

Jonny is a top man for customer service and advice. Bought my Kegging setup from him because of his knowledge. One shank started to pit a little. Sent another without question.

Just bought some more stuff from him yesterday. Really can't beat his keg kit setups for price, or quality. Uses DPD too which is a massive plus for me.
