Yup. They're fantastic!

I paid twice as much as that for mine because I couldn't find any uk distributor. If people have got the money and no space for a brew fridge/fermentation chamber - Get one before they all go before summer!*

*Pretty sure you can use them in winter too to heat a brew by putting a hot water bottle or heat pad in the bag alon with the FV, although I didn't try this

Well I've ordered one.
Just what I need as I don't have room for another fridge.

Do you have any of the inkbird products? I reckon you could hook one of their gizmos up to a heat pad and have some good temp control during winter.

Btw, I find 1L of ice drops the temp in the bag by 1C so pretty convenient

Luckily I ferment in my study so don't have a problem in winter. Its the warm weather in the summer that is my problem. Hopefully this will cure that and give an extra option for keeping kegs cool in the summer.

It'll definatetly sort summer brewing out. I've fermented at 15C using it (I think my kitchen was at about 18C/19C at the time). I reckon you could even lager in the middle of summer using it, provied you could get enough ice in your freezer.

Couple of tips:

1. Have about twice as much 2L ice bottles in your freezer than you need so you can swap out the melted ones out

2. You can leave the bottles for 24 hours before needing to swap them if you want. Although I usually swap mine once first thing in the morning and once last thing at night. The bottles are only half melted by then but I prefer to do it that way. However when you first put your FV in the bag and put the first bottles in. Swap them after 4-6 hours. This is because it takes more energy to get your temp down to target than to maintain the temp once it's reaced it.

Kegs will fit in there too no problem. The bag is huge. I think you could easy fit a 60L FV in there

How is it working out for you? I've got space and temp control problems so in my expensive pokey flat i need one. I am about to order one too, just wanted to know what your thoughts on it were.

Cheers C

Hi

I haven't used it yet but it does look good. It is big and I am pleaded that my 60l FV will fit inside.

Geterbrewed is also selling them but they seem to be out of stock on their website.
