Hello,
I'm about to start my first brew. I was able to find a disused 30L burco boiler to mash in.
Before I start brewing in it (and before destroying the element), I thought I should check the following.
1. Will I need to prevent solid particles (e.g. hops) coming into contact with the element.
2. If so, what is the best way to do this.
I've also not given much consideration to the best way of cooling the wort.
Any quick fixes for a first brew (without making an immersion coil)
Thanks :thumb:
