I brew outdoors all year round. I’m not the tidiest and I am prone to the occasional slip so although I don’t have problems with steam and condensation I also don’t have to worry about spillages . I have a couple of pumps (240 vac) and a 1.5 kw kettle element controlled by an inkbird all run on an extension lead from the garage.View attachment 73473

I also brew outside all year round I put a net and a thing from the kitchen over my open topped 2.0kW boiler. Extension lead fully extended

I know your pain on this, I am a driveway brewer.

From rain storms (not expected), flying ants and dust from neighbours doing DIY, I see it all .

I find having a few beers whilst brewing (always keeping safe!) helps...

Enclosed patio we use a metal thing over the frying pan indoors which I use over the boiler, I also have a beer whilst brewing criminal not to.
