As I no longer have a garage, I am now forced to brew outdoors for the time being.
I tried gas, but found it a right pain - particularly the wind played havoc with the flame and was hard to get an even efficient burn> And it was messy and a bit of a faff. So decided to go back to electric.
I have 2 outdoor sockets on my shed so makes an ideal location to plug in the (newly converted) boiler.
I just need to figure out a neat way to shield the elements from boilovers/weather or maybe build a small housing or canopy to shelter the boiler in case of a rain shower during the boil.
