Afternoon all andf Merry Christmas!
Hubby has bought me a Wilkos Happy Copper brewing kit for Xmas. Looking forward to brewing my first lot of beer and am reserving a brewing tub online as I type! Helpfully(!) the brewing instructions inside the kit are for Cider! The kit mades 23L/40pints of beer - what amount of sugar do I need and do I need anything else?
