Brewing kits short

I just remembered the australians have a habit of brewing two coopers beer kits in one 40 pint batch. They call it a Toucan.

that's not a bad idea.

Young’s American IPA or any of the Festival kits (two cans) probably work out about £2-£3 more expensive than pimping up a 1 can kit but imo it’s a much better result plus you get extra dextrose, 100g of quality hops and a bag to filter out the hops.
Beerworks also do a good range.

That's right.
An excellent toucan is the Coopers Stout & Dark Ale.
I think the stout is the most popular one.

But generally if I'm brewing just a kit, kilo and hops I brew to 20 or 21 litres instead of 23.
