Nope. Too hot for an ale too. It'll need to be 18-21 and that's brew temp not room temp.

Its hard at times to keep it stable, if it hits 22-24 now and again surely its not too bad. Coopers encourage you to brew at 27c to ferment quicker :D eg 4 days. Suppose its to attract customers, telling them, "drink your own top quality beer in three weeks".
