I brewed coopers bitter with normal sugar using a closed fermentation barrel with bung + bubbler, fermented for 2 weeks then poured into platic demi johns + primed with sugar, for a week , now I've bought 2 pressure barrels with pin valves have transfered the beer into one
Beer tastes fine, I used bottled mineral water do'nt know if this helps.
For my next brew I'm going with canadian blonde but am using muntons light spray malt 500g + glucose 500 gs
any tips will be using bottled water again
