brewed coopers bitter with normal sugar using a closed fermentation barrel with bung + bubbler, fermented for 2 weeks then poured into platic demi johns + primed with sugar, for a week , now I've bought 2 pressure barrels with pin valves have transfered the beer into one

Beer tastes fine, I used bottled mineral water do'nt know if this helps.

For my next brew I'm going with canadian blonde but am using muntons light spray malt 500g + glucose 500 gs

any tips will be using bottled water again

add the spraymalt to the water not the other way round or youll end up with lumps. They do dissolve (as ive learned) but its less to worry about and less stirring. IMO anyway.

do you mean tthe canadian blonde ale or lager. If its the ale ive got one going at the mo with about 30gms elderflower ang 25gms of goldings in a mesh bag. smells amazing :P

so I should make it with 500gs glucose + add the light spray malt to the water after thanks

read a thread on mexican cerveza + the guys brewin it said add more sugar but I'II stick to the recipe see how it goes
