Hi , popped open my first mini keg using the brewferm party keg tap with co2 cylinder.

All I'm getting is alot of foam. Which after while settles into some tasty beer. What have I done writng to be pouring foam?

That's pretty much the way things are with a party keg. First couple of pints will be loaded with foam and take ages to pour.

Basically there’s too much pressure at the tap, which causes the co2 in the liquid to be released, hence the foam, there kinda useless imo.

You can fix it by connecting the keg to the tap with 3/16 beer line, this will reduce the pressure at the tap.

Something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-16-Bee...Keg-Will-Fit-3-8-JG-or-1-4-Barb-/322256580868

Depending on the party tap you have you may need some connectors for the keg adaptor.
