I'm brewing a Gallia kit and after 10 days de gravity is still 1,020 is this normal?
Should I wait more time?

Do you do the second fermentation stage or after the first one went directly to priming and bottling?

It should be lower than that but give it time, 14-21 days. What extra fermentables did you use: sugar, candi sugar, syrup?

I normally bottle straight from the FV.

Don't bottle at 1020, they'll blow. It sounds like you you could have a stuck fermentation, there's a great write up on dealing with this here:

What was the starting gravity?

Is this a high ABV brew?

Gallia's only 5.5% ABV, I haven't done that one but regularly do the other Brewferm kits Oud Vlaams / Triple / Abdij which are all higher ABV and they all finish in the 1010-1012 region. The Brewferm yeast is good so it sounds like this one maybe stuck, but give it time - 10 days is not really enough.
