I'm brewing a Gallia kit and after 10 days de gravity is still 1,020 is this normal?
Should I wait more time?

Do you do the second fermentation stage or after the first one went directly to priming and bottling?

Gallia's only 5.5% ABV, I haven't done that one but regularly do the other Brewferm kits Oud Vlaams / Triple / Abdij which are all higher ABV and they all finish in the 1010-1012 region. The Brewferm yeast is good so it sounds like this one maybe stuck, but give it time - 10 days is not really enough.
