Brewferm bottle conditioning

Hi all, just bottled a Brewferm Kriek. The instructions say to leave for 14 days to carbonate, then 6-8 weeks at 10°c.

My problem is I have nowhere to store at 10. I have fridge space to store around 4 or the garage that probably varies from 15 to 22 this time of year.

Should I go warmer or cooler?
 
I'd go cooler as in the ideal situation they'd sit at cellar temps and beer like most things will keep longer if kept cold. More important part is stable temp, swings will negatively affect your beer so the garage at this time of year is likely a bad plan as it'll get really hot during the day they cool off a lot at night.

It is preferable to keep them at a stable temperature... but not always possible. The brewferm kits benefit from a long, long conditioning time so it’s alot harder to keep them stable for months. My advice would be to keep it stable for initial conditioning but after that store them in the back corner of your garage until they’re ready. Just keep them in a sealed box all together and this will help a bit with slowing the temperature swings.
 
Slight hijack, I put this kit on last Friday. It looks to have been fermenting it's left about 2-3cm of Krausen residue on the side of the fermentation bucket and the lid was pushed up with co2 but I've not seen any bubbles come through the airlock. As it's only a 12 litre brew and my bucket is for 25l I'm thinking the co2 production is far less than a state size 23l brew??
It looks to be going well but I'm not sure. I'll probably do a hydrometer test later.
I usually use a Cooper's fermentation bucket (no airlock) so was hoping to see a bit more bubbling through the airlock on this one????
