Just a quick question to ask as I have had a Brewferm Abbey on the go for three weeks now and is sticking at 1.022, has been like that since Monday when I tested it and gave it a gentle stir to rouse the yeast. Tested it again yesterday and still the same. I have two options: do I chuck another pack of yeast in and leave it another week or just bottle it up in the knowledge that its not going to go much lower.
