Which one do you prefer the most?
 
Well the Nottingham batch became infected the cornie (cornie since stripped and cleaned)

I think the Windsor is fruitier, than the s04 but it won't clear, the s04 has left the beer with a cleaner taste - i'd say the s04 wins.
