BREWDAY! Düsseldorf Alt!

Here it is, my first proper extract brew. No more kits (ok, the ingredients came as a bunch together, but you know what I mean). no more pre done tins, this is grains, malt and hops! Very excited.

So far I have been boiling up water, cooling it and aerating it into the FV. Once I have enough clean water in my FV and it is cool enough I will turn my pot to the brew.

What recipe are you using? I am planning to make one soon. Just been looking at Graham Wheeler's "Brew Classic European Beers At Home" Page 101 Zum Uerige Alt.
