Started of my 3rd Brew last night, a Woodfordes Admirals Reserve.
No additions, as the kit says.
Pitched the yeast at 9pm and by 7am today bubbling slowly.
Will follow the 2 2 2 rule I have learnt from being here.
My two previous extract kit brews currently in secondary ferment in barrels are Courage Directors and Young's American IPA.
Thanks for making me feel so welcome over the last couple of weeks, learning all the time.
