just received the Belgian Blonde ag kit from the Malt Miller, ingredients look great, looking forward to brew day !
As it's only my second BIAB I'm after some guidance with mash temp and volume as it has no details included. Going on the product information I know I need to boil for 90min and I'll probably mash for 90min too but how much should I start with for a 23ltr brew, about 26.5ltr and top up pre-boil with sparge ? a 90 minute boil will reduce it more than my first brew which was a 60 minute boil so I'll need to top it up to 23ltr before it hits the fv, what with, just pre boiled water, I don't mind a short brew if it keeps the og healthy  ? and what temp should I mash at 68deg ? I'm not sure!
