Had a dry hopper that arrived the other day looking exactly the same.
After a bit of haggling I've accepted a half price refund (they originally tried to keep me happy with a £5 refund). Now to attempt to fix it…Basket arrived!
On its own, the hop basket I ordered should turn up separately. Didn't arrive from China, they obviously have a clearing house here in the UK.
So in good condition? Err...

(EDIT: I've just noticed: No hangers for draining like in the eBay pictures.)
Is the mesh torn anywhere or pulled away from however it's fixed to the frame? Probably a right pain to fix if there's any of that kind of damage but if it's just the frame that's bent it should straighten out ok.After a bit of haggling I've accepted a half price refund (they originally tried to keep me happy with a £5 refund). Na, only bent or I wouldn't have agreed to the refund. I'll sit down and figure out the least risky way of straightening it now. Thanks. Is the mesh torn anywhere or pulled away from however it's fixed to the frame? . . .
If the mesh is creased or folded anywhere it's probably better left that way as trying to straighten it could cause fractures that may split later. Same with any impacts, even light taps with a rubber mallet can weaken the stuff but the frame should straighten out no trouble and any deformities in the mesh should even out once it's had some weight in it.Na, only bent or I wouldn't have agreed to the refund.
