Well, I did it - my first 'all grain' brew day.

All went well, took a long time (dear me!), but I think I did ok.

The fermenting bucket is currently in my utility room.

Should I transfer to a cooler temperature, in the garage?
How long should I leave it until transferring to the pressure barrel?

Congratulations

You want to keep the fermentation temperature around 20 degrees for 2WEEKS. I use an aquarium heater in a builders trug others have dedicated converted fridges.

Is this your first ever brew? No kits or anything in recent history?

Keep the temp between about 18C-20C whereever in your home that may be. Leave it for two weeks before transferring to the PB. As you get used to the process you'll get faster

Today I am planning to transfer my beer from fermenting bucket to barrel.

Do you guys recommend priming with sugar, at this stage?

If so, how much should I add?

I have a bag of carbonating drops and brewing sugar available.

Check the priming calculator in the links above as style and preference come into play.

100g of brewing sugar does well for me for 20 litres

Iirc you did a half batch so probably about 50g.
