Aarggghhh

Right. No enclosed spaces, cabinets, white goods which provide any sort of heating or cooling, or stable temperatures.

Anything else, fine.

Sorry, posted this in the wrong place!

I have been toying with the idea of using a water bath this coming winter, cooling is not a problem for me but lengthy fermentation due to the cold is.

I don't have a temperature regulated storage device yet but I've designed all control and circulation parts. And now need the storage device too.

I'm also jealous of the enclosed white goods brewing accessories that most seem to have. Although I will be investing in one soon.

Then I can make threads on a daily basis about the forbidden device.

No brew fridge here either. Things have to be fermented in a cupboard.

I am intending to build a brew cupboard in the loft though. I can get cold room panels for nowt, so should be pretty good. It would definitely not be a fridge though :p
