Tuesday was a day of welding his landy up and making less holes in the body and Gerneral cleaning.

Wednesday was the back breaker, 90 x Nine gallon casks to wash fill and store in the cold store. Buster washing and me racking and rolling into the coldstore and stacking 4 high steels and 3 high Plastics. Hard and labour spring to mind :?

And a Firkin has fell into the back of my car so down a mates to make sure it gets a decent good spanking this weekend :D

thats a lot of beer and looks a lot of hard work , what was the brew you was making or was there a few different types ? :)

I wondered what Buster's new brewery looked like. Cool.

Glad you liked the Kilverts. It's a brilliant pub and Ed is an ace guy.

dude what happened to the invite?? no worries ,know how it is. hope they didnt make you pay kilverts prices! eds nice guy hope he gets his brewery together one day. feel free to drop by my 'Hopdagon' one day and night later in the year .
we have been talking about honey ale and would like a little piece of honey comb in each bottle so send me a message if u can help me with that. u think a piece of honey comb would prime a bottle?

Only the 1 beer Pittsy, Golden Beacons pale ale, We made 30bbl of it.

The Beer that was Racked was his new beer yet to be launched called Beacons to the Sea, he's launching it this friday, when a horse drawn dray will be delivering the beer to pubs and then onto the canal and deliver the rest.

i love the pic with the guy in the pot of steaming grains as if its eating him up! bloody hard work by the looks of it!

Thats me and yes dam hard work.

Sorry Dude I forgot all about it. I will call in. The comb will be hard to get into the bottle and will be messy getting it in there. And I couldn't say it will be sterile. I think if you were doing that is to have some empty comb sterilise it and add it to the bottle and prime with some honey that you could weigh out. How many bottles are we talking?

Only 1 way to get it out when you haven't got an auger and rakes costing thousands. 800kgs to dig out and lovely and warm still.

Sorry, didn't have glasses on.
The shovel in your hand looked like a steam lance and the yellow Karcher pressure washer looked like it was strapped to your back..

Due to the size of plant, it's once maybe twice a week, until his empire expands and he can ship it faster.
