To be honest i have never tried but, i should imagine it will help with moistureThis week's subs.
@Rodcx500z these have 2% spent Maris Otter. Does that help the rise or the retained crumb moisture? Does seem to make a difference.

Oh, I’m salivating. I’m thinking of cheese options rather than the herbs.I think the swirly custard job, would do nicely as a bay and onion sharing loaf with a cheese and bacon filling?
