Challenger, 7.5%AA, 35g at 90 min
Mount Hood, 6%AA, 25g at 15 min
Willamette, 35g at flame out

Mash In Add 11.5L of water at 71.5C (65C) 90 min
Step Add 9.5L of water at 80.2 (72C) 10 min

Guess what? It all went just fine - sorry about that! 25L at 1.041 and a cunning new answer to filtering those pellets.

But tired now - most of the cleaning can wait!

This smells amazing! Very fruity (in a good way), spicy smells from he fermenter discernable beyond the crazy US-05 yeast head.

This is down to 1.011 already - a point below target - so it will be moving into a secondary later today.

Looking forward to this one.
