Haha, I totally agree.
Never had to get a bottle pressure tested and re-certified. Never could not have a beer because I ran out of CO2. Never lost a batch in the keezer because a seal failed.
Bottles are the model for simplicity. Bottle, cap, done.
I prime adding the required amount of table sugar to the bottle then filling. One less chance to oxidize the beer as I don't have to rack it into another bucket to prime it. Don't give me grief about infection, hasn't happend yet and I've been at this a LONG time.
