Again, as I am used to this sort of thing, i like my beers chilled slightly. Not freezing cold like a draught lager, but definitely chilled. Perhaps my preference will change over time!

I've got a good 50 years home brewing in me, so i imagine my preference will have changed many times by that time.

I am quite lucky, as i live very close to CAMRA north east pub of the year 2010, and the landlord there tends to serve his brews a little chilled, which suits me perfectly!

living in a med climate here in cyprus, i prefer bottles , easy to take in cool box ect.
the best feeling is looking at 30 odd bottles after filling and capping, a feeling of pride in ones work , even if the beer tastes like piss (now and then **** happens !)

23 litres of carob ale
23 of hopped to f..k bitter
23 lager kinda like

all brewed with my home grown barley malt

There's definitely an optimum serving temperature for certain beers.

It always annoys me if I go out and find the Chimay, Duvel, Westmalle etc shoved in the same fridge as the bloomin' Bud Ice and chilled down to about 2C

Chimay Red or Blue should be no colder than 10C, EVER!!!
