Once you master the lighter (it confuses the hell out of people when you get good at it and make a real 'pop' sound) you can literally do it with anything.

But bills are more satisfying to use..

just fold in half and again and again not turning 90 degrees between folds till its less than an inch wide a strip then fold over onto itself 3-4 times, the resulting paper should be 5-6cm long and about 1.5-2cm sq then as per spoon/for/lighter above use to lever off the cap hooking the folded over edge under the cap,
