That makes a lot of sense, especially since i am used to doing that for my wines!
Just one thing though, i am still in the process of accumulating beer bottles and as a result have a mix of different sizes at the moment, so if i add the priming solution to the beer, it may be either too much or too little for the size of bottles i have. i am assuming 8g of sugar to 1000ml of beer. It is certainly something i will look at though when i have a good steady supply of 500ml bottles.
