After brewing and checking with hydrometer twice to make sure it has finished, l transfer my brew to a secondary fermenter with 80g of sugar, my brew starts bubbling again. Do l bottle it or wait till it stops again? Any help appreciated.

How long has it been in the secondary? Did you add straight sugar instead of dissolving it in boiled water perchance? Adding sugar to the beer will release the dissolved CO2 and may be the source of your bubbles.

Bottle it now.

Agreed, bottle it as soon as you add the sugar, as it will start to ferment again and you want this happening inside the bottles not the FV.

Thanks for the replies, think l know where l am now
