Bottle Green Elderflower Wine

Had a spare 20 mins to snook on a little vino:

1L Apple Juice
1L White Grape Juice
Bottle of Bottle Green Elderflower Cordial (no nasties)
800g sugar
Tea
Pectolase
Citric acid
Yeast
Topped up with water.

OG 1.120 - aiming for 14% after topping up.

Job done.

Did an Elderflower and a Plum one.
I don't think this will be a session Wine !! Lol. He says ...

Might be a little bit much at 17% (1.120 - 0.990), expect a lot of racking to get to 14% :)

Aye - the DJ wasn't topped up fully with water either at OG as expecting some activity so that should bring down a little.
