Why have I not thought of this before.
One of those metal spike things for doing baked potatoes doubles perfectly as a bottle draining tool (provided you don't want to drain more than 5 bottles at once).

Better to get one of the dedicated plastic bottle drainers. Mine holds 50 bottles but you can keep adding layers of 10 if you want. Your potato baker looks pretty unstable.

Actually, it's cross pattern is remarkably stable. I was surprised.

I tend to wash my bottles out straight after using (which only needs one/two at a time). Then rinse/sanitise a big batch before filling (which this would suck at)
