Hi all,
I need advice on bottle conditioning. I have 40pts of Woodford wherry and same of coopers european in bottles. The coopers has been bottled for 6 weeks, the wherry for 3. I am conditioning in heavy wooden cupboard in an unheated leanto. With the hot spell, its getting very warm in the leanto- up to 30 degrees and i dont want the beer to spoil. I have transferred some bottles to an old fridge in there. My question is , is it ok to finish the conditioning of beer in the fridge (the coopers needs 3 months) and would you peeps have any recommendations on storing the bottles/ best conditioning temps. I dont have a cellar and the garage seems just as hot as it is south facing.
Cheers.

I wouldnt worry - all mine are in the warm garage about 30 degrees and none have tasted any different yet :thumb:

The coopers european will benefit from being in the fridge because it uses a proper lager yeast and likes to be cool
