morning folks & thanks for the add. I used to do a lot of home made fruit wine but following an apple wine incident that nearly brought a ceiling down I kinda got banned from the airing cupboard. Two houses on & I've recently started back with a few kits & building up my equipment again. Looking forward to trying my hand at making stout so trawling through the posts for handy hints.
