boiler element ideas please!!!

The one on my boiler is a 3kw "Backersafe" which can be bought here:

Couldn't tell you which one it is but that should give you food for thought :thumb:

Welcome to the Forum Mike. I believe quite a few use those tubs in various sizes for a boiler. If you do search, upper right of screen, on "kettle elements" lots of stuff pops up.
I am planning to go another way, but still not done my research. Have a look here

Just noticed Ceejay's post, don't know the rules but there can be issues with 3kw these days if you do not have the correct wiring. There are sparky boys about who will post ?
