I have been given 2 Ali drums both 10 gal size could I make 1 into a brew pot, is Ali okay to use on beer many thanks :

Lots of people used to use Ali. when Ali. was cheaper than stainless. you have to wach for differential corrosion (ali. rust) when using things like steel/copper for fittings like taps and hop stoppers, other than that - go for it.
