1.400kg Crystal Malt
2.000kg Munich Malt

Mashed for 90 mins

30g Mount Hood Hops (90mins)

30g Mount Hood Hops (Last 15mins)
500g Clear Honey (Last 15mins)

60g Basil Leaves (Flame out + left for 30mins)
