I had a pint of Black Sheep bitter the other day, very nice, ive see a few black sheep recipes on the net, ive had a mess around and come up with:

Black Sheepish
7.5kg Maris Otter
400g Crystal malt 120L
300g Torrefied wheat
10g Roast Barley
75g EKG 90 min boil
20g EKG 15min boil
10g Susan boil off

10gallon batch
29.9 IBUs
8.6 SRM
OG 1043
4% abv

Im just sparging at the minute, ill get you know how it goes.
