I'm currently trying to put together a mix of hops for a black rye IPA.
Bittering will be Magnum as I have plenty in the freezer.
Nelson Sauvin aroma/dry hop is also a given, I just love this one and I have an single hop NS in the fermenter at the moment and some 150gr of NS in the freezer.
I'm also quite fond of Mandarina Bavaria (in commercial beers) and I think it will do well with NS. Does anyone have any experience with the Nelson Sauvin / Mandarina Bavaria combo?
I've been think about adding a third aroma/dry hop, possibly Mosaic. Will this bee too much? Will it fit the other two? Mosaic seems to be hard to get atm, any other suggestions to add to Nelson Sauvin or NS/Mandarina?
