Hi there, I picked up half a dozen small jars of black cherries in kirsch over Xmas (75p) a jar 1.9kg (700g drained) after a successful brew of ginger beer I'd like to make a cherry wine. With the amount of fruit I have should I just do one DJ? Any tips on recipes would really be helpful too. TIA Paul
